Queue Time

Passenger waiting time at different points in the Airport are measured using KPIssuch as waiting time at queues at check-in counters, security check points and immigration counters.

IbharCPM provides the Q-Time Mobile App to measure samples at the Airport Terminal.

The trends are plotted, waiting time bottlenecks are identified using the quantitative inputs and shift logs at the terminal. These provide insights to  work toward passenger delight.

Analytics are provided to identify time of the day, day of the week, seasonal increases in passenger traffic leading to queue waiting time spurts and hence look at ways to ensure smooth people flow.
